This week Dilyana is excited to welcome Dr. Ginny Trierweiler to the podcast for a wonderful discussion about women’s wellness, weight loss, and self acceptance. Dr. Genny is a psychologist and certified health coach who scoured the research to find evidence-based answers to her own eating and weight issues. She discovered key principles to actually NOURISH the body so you can activate health and healing from within and naturally release the excess weight, and created a crazy-effective program called Slender for Good to help other women over 40 get the same breakthrough results.
Dr. Ginny suffered from excess weight for years, and it seemed like nothing was working anymore after menopause. As she became increasingly concerned about her future, she got determined and went directly to the research to discover what actually WORKS for eating and health and weight loss. As the pieces of what actually worked fell into place, she found it easy to release the excess weight and recovered tremendous health and vitality. Now she loves to use her expertise in human psychology and habit change to help other smart women over 40 to achieve the same dramatic results--without suffering.

As a woman in Perimenopause, Tami has personal experience with this stage in her own life.
